I didn’t lose 15 pounds just to gain it back after two disorderly weeks…

…so I’ve decided to get serious about Weight Watchers again.

Also, ski season is coming up. Usually, Fernando goes and does his ski thing solito since I’ve historically been working or studying. THIS year, however, we are planning to enjoy a ski vacation with our friends who have a condo in Park City, Utah – If I don’t do some kind of physical ski-ish preparation, between the altitude and the skiing-all-day part I’ll be in big trouble!

Today wasn’t so bad:
