Down 13.8 lbs. so far!

Weighed in this morning at WW. Down another 1.6-Woo! None of our regular people were there so we bailed on the meeting.

Went by Trader Joe’s to pick up a package of pizzas (spinach!) and some hummus, which we ate for breakfast with some 3-point sausages. I love those little pizzas! For 3-points, we eat something really delicious, and they are fine alone, with hummus, with sausage, with chicken, with sour cream, or any and all of the above. Yum!

Today’s plan: “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper” approach…with only 8 points left for the day, it’s probably our best plan!
